These golden earrings are shaped like sound waves and sensitive to all manner of sound. They have 3 charges. While wearing them, you can use an action to tug on one of them, expending 1 of their charges to do one of the following: gain hearing as a precise sense in a 60-foot range for 1 minute or target a creature within 300 feet that you can sense and hear everything the creature can hear for 1 minute.
The earrings regain all expended charges daily at dawn.

Activate—Eavesdropper [two-actions] (concentrate, manipulate) Frequency once per day; Effect You choose an observed creature within 300 feet of you and you hear everything your target hears for 10 minutes.
