This goblet has blue-tinted crystals embedded into its sides that serve as windows to show the churning fresh spring water within. While the goblet is inside a building that you legitimately own, it refills each day at dawn with cold, clear spring water. You can use an action to drink from the goblet to enter a trance for 1 minute, during which time your body is unconscious and your mind glimpses scenes from the site’s history. If another creature drinks from the goblet, it doesn’t enter a trance. Instead it must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by you and any of your allies present for 1 hour. This effect ends early if the drinker is threatened or harmed. The goblet has no effect outside the building.

If another creature Activated the goblet, the goblet attempts to apply the effects of a DC 15 1st-rank charm spell on the creature to alter the target’s attitude toward you and any of your allies present.
