This wand has 7 charges. There is an owl with outstretched wings carved into its tip, and shimmering crystals are embedded along its length. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or 3 charges to cast the polymorph spell on a willing creature, with the following modifications: the target retains its mental ability scores, and the target transforms into an owl if you expend 1 charge or a giant owl if you expend 3 charges.

The wand regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand’s last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand is destroyed, shattering into dust while releasing the ghostly form of a giant owl which flies into the sky before fading away.
